How Can I Pay?

We accept payment by any of the following methods:

Online: Go to 'Online Payments' in 'My Account' where you can pay either the full cost or a deposit by debit or credit card.

By Phone: Please call our Customer Services team on 020 3475 3120 to pay by debit or credit card.

Bank Transfer: If you would like arrange your payment by bank transfer please contact our Customer Services team on 020 3475 3120 for details.

By Post: Payments can be made by cheque made payable to Paragon Plus Ltd and sent for the attention of the Accounts Department to Paragon Plus Ltd t/a My Beach Holidays, 66 Park Way Ruislip Greater London HA4 8NR Please write your booking reference clearly on the reverse of the cheque.

Spreading The Cost Of Your Holiday

We are pleased to offer the option for you to spread the cost of your holiday with our low deposit payment scheme. Simply pay a deposit of £99 per person and choose to pay the remainder in one further payment 12 weeks before departure, or in multiple smaller payments of your choosing. Please check with our Travel Experts as to which holidays are eligible for payment by deposit.

When Is My Balance Payment Due?

Your balance payment is due 12 weeks before you travel. Your booking invoice will show exactly what date your balance payment is due and can be found on the bottom line of the Price Breakdown section under ‘Balance Due By'

Payments I Have Made On My Booking Are Not Showing On My Invoice. How Can I Check They Have Been Received?

You can call our Customer Services team on 020 3475 3120 or email us at and they will be able to confirm if your payment has been received.

Can I Ask Family And Friends To Pay Money Towards My Holiday As A Wedding Present Or A Gift?

Absolutely! Friends and family can purchase gift vouchers for any amount that can be redeemed against both existing and new bookings.
